Shipping Destinations
We ship to all major cities and towns across India via trusted courier partners. Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take additional time.
Shipping Charges
🚚 Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
Standard shipping: ₹79 for orders below ₹999
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order value. Promotions or special offers may alter these charges temporarily.
Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days of placement.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST may be processed the following working day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.
Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us with your order ID.
- In case of non-delivery or missing items, report within 48 hours of expected delivery date.
- Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If undelivered after 3 attempts, the package may be returned to us.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours at hello@thepureharvestgroup.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
