1. Products & Orders

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colour and packaging may vary slightly.
  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.

2. Payments

We accept payments through our authorised payment gateway. All payment information is encrypted and processed securely. The Pure Harvest Group does not store payment card details.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. Estimated delivery is 4–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Shipping charges are as displayed at checkout. Orders above the free shipping threshold qualify for free delivery.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at hello@thepureharvestgroup.com with your order ID and photos of the product.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the return is approved.
  • Products that are opened, used, or not in original condition are not eligible for return.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by submitting a cancellation request through your account. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or payment failures.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and branding is the property of The Pure Harvest Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Pure Harvest Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
