Is there auto-renewal?
No. Your membership is a one-time annual payment. You'll get a reminder before it expires so you can renew if you'd like.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime from Harvest Plus to Family Harvest. We'll set your new term from the upgrade date.
Does the discount stack with coupon codes?
Member discount applies automatically. Promotional coupon codes can be used on top of member benefits at checkout.
How do member benefits apply?
Once your membership is active, all benefits apply automatically when you check out logged in. You don't need to enter a code.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Memberships are non-refundable once activated. If you have an issue, WhatsApp us within 7 days of purchase and we'll work something out.
