Return Policy

Our return rules for food products and the limited cases we accept.

Our products are organic, perishable, and meant to be enjoyed fresh. For this reason, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered, except in the specific cases described below.

What Cannot Be Returned

Once delivered, the following cannot be returned:

  • Any product that has been opened, partially used, or had its seal broken
  • Products that have been stored incorrectly or beyond their recommended use-by date
  • Products returned without their original packaging and accessories
  • Products returned for reasons of taste, preference, or change of mind

This is consistent with food safety practices across India and ensures we never circulate previously delivered food items.

When a Return-Equivalent Solution Is Available

If you have received a wrong item or a damaged product, please see our Refund Policy. In these specific cases, we offer:

  • A free replacement of the affected item, OR
  • A full refund of the item's value

You do not need to physically return the item to us in most cases — clear photographs and a short video of the product, packaging, and shipping label are sufficient.

How to Report

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery
  • Email hello@thepureharvestgroup.com or WhatsApp the number on your order confirmation
  • Include order number, product name, and photo/video evidence

Reports made after 24 hours cannot be processed.

Our Commitment

We pack every order with care and ship only what we would proudly serve in our own homes. If something has gone wrong with your order, please tell us — we will make it right within the boundaries of this policy.
