Cancellation Policy
When you can cancel an order and how refunds for cancellations are handled.
Plans can change, and we understand. Here's how cancellations work at The Pure Harvest Group.
When Cancellation Is Allowed
You can cancel an order only before it is dispatched.
To cancel:
- Email hello@thepureharvestgroup.com with your order number, OR
- WhatsApp the number on your order confirmation
If your order has not yet been packed and dispatched, we will cancel it and process a refund.
When Cancellation Is Not Allowed
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. This is because:
- The parcel is already with our courier partner
- Food packaging requires careful handling that cannot be reversed once sealed and labelled
If you no longer wish to receive a dispatched order, please refuse the delivery when the courier arrives. The parcel will be returned to us, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Please note that shipping charges and any additional courier fees may be deducted from any refund offered.
Refund Timeline for Cancellations
For successful pre-dispatch cancellations:
- UPI / Online payments: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days
- COD orders: no payment was collected, so no refund is required
Cancellation by Us
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order from our side — for example, if an item is out of stock, an address is unserviceable, or we suspect fraudulent activity. In all such cases:
- We will inform you immediately
- Any amount already paid will be refunded in full within 5–7 working days
