Shipping Policy
Processing times, delivery timelines, and shipping coverage.
We pack and ship every order with the same care we use in our own kitchens. Here's what you can expect.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day
- You will receive an order confirmation message and, once dispatched, a tracking update
Delivery Timelines
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Rajkot and nearby areas: 1–3 working days
- Major metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 working days
- Other locations in India: 5–8 working days
These are estimates. Some orders may arrive faster, and occasionally a few may take a little longer.
Serviceable Areas
We currently deliver across most of India through our trusted courier partners. A small number of pincodes may not be serviceable. If we are unable to deliver to your address, our team will inform you and arrange a full refund.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. You can also check the status of your order anytime from your account on our website.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to two or three times. We request you to:
- Be available at the delivery address during expected delivery hours
- Keep your phone reachable, as the delivery executive may call to confirm
- Respond promptly to any address verification requests from the courier
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or the recipient was unreachable:
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery
- Any additional shipping cost for the second attempt will be payable by the customer
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we do our best to dispatch and deliver on time, certain situations can cause delays:
- Heavy festival or seasonal demand
- Monsoon, floods, or extreme weather
- Local strikes, civic disruptions, or unforeseen logistics issues
In such cases, we will keep you informed and resolve the situation as quickly as possible. The Pure Harvest Group is not liable for delays caused by such events outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Free shipping thresholds and offers, when available, will be clearly mentioned on our website.
